How To Send Messages

To send messages in a conversation, you will need to use the highlighted section, just below your message logs.



Choosing Message Channel

You can switch between communication channels here. This will depend on what channels this contact is connected to. Messaging channels include:

  • SMSEmail (option will show up if connected)

  • Facebook Messages (option will show up if connected)

  • Instagram (option will show up if connected)

  • Google My Business Messages (option will show up if connected)

  • Web Chat Widget (option will show up if connected)

Create New SMS Message

You can also create new SMS messages and send them to ANY customer in your CRM by simply clicking on the icon shown below.

Adding Customer Information

Once you click the "Create New Message" button, you will need to add customer information such as customer's name and phone number.



Add Template or Message

Next, you will need to either add a pre-made SMS template, or create a new SMS message
