Contact Tag

***In order to PUBLISH workflows, you will need to establish a workflow trigger and a workflow action. Without both, you will only be able to save the workflow, not publish it***


"Contact Tag" workflow runs when a customer is added or removed from a tag within the CRM.

"Tags" help you keep track of customers, to know which customers need follow-up and who don't. It automatically moves customers from one list/step to another based on the activities/action linked with that customer. Click on "choose a workflow trigger" to select the "contact tag" trigger as shown below.

You can add a customer to a tag by clicking on the selecting the tag you

For Example, when a customer is added to a "Member-exclusive rewards" tag in the workflow and subscribes to the promo, the workflow is automatically triggered and the next action is taken, i.e sending them a "Thank you" SMS.


Tag Removed

When a customer requests to opt-out of a subscribed tag, you can remove the contact from a tag in the workflow by selecting the tag and saving your changes. Then send them a "Goodbye" SMS.

For example, "Hey John! We received your request to unsubscribe from our "20% discount voucher", your request has been approved! If you want to re-subscribe, click on the click below."
