Stale Opportunities

***In order to PUBLISH workflows, you will need to establish a workflow trigger and a workflow action. Without both, you will only be able to save the workflow, not publish it***

The "Stale Opportunities" trigger will only run when opportunities are older than the given time duration. This allows you to define a timeframe, once an opportunity exceeds the set timeframe it's deemed "stale". You can then trigger a variety of actions for that opportunity. If you do not select any filter, the workflow automatically triggers off all opportunities in the "open" stage of any pipeline.

NOTE: Once the workflow is triggered, it runs at 8:00am daily.

All Filter

Duration of Days

The "Duration of Days" filter option ONLY triggers a workflow when the timeframe set for an opportunity card has been exceeded, the opportunity card is then deemed "Stale".

In Pipeline

This workflow will trigger when an opportunity card in a specific pipeline exceeds the set timeframe and it's deemed "Stale". The workflow will ONLY trigger when an opportunity card is in the "Open" pipeline stage, it won't trigger an opportunity card in either the "Won, Lost, or Abandon" pipeline stage.

Has Tag

Selecting the 'Has tag" filter will only trigger this workflow when an opportunity card in the 'Open' status of a pipeline has a tag and has exceeded the set timeframe. For example, when the Opportunity card in the 'Open' status of the "Sales" pipeline has a "20% Discount Voucher" tag and has its timeframe set for 2days. If the opportunity exceeds the 2days without making any update ONLY then will the workflow trigger.

Doesn't Have Tag

By selecting the 'Doesn't have a tag" filter, this workflow will only trigger when an opportunity card in the 'Open' status of a pipeline doesn't have a tag and has exceeded the set timeframe. For example, when the Opportunity card in the 'Open' status of the "15% Black Friday Discount" pipeline doesn't have a "Member-Exclusive Reward" tag and has its timeframe set for 3days. If the opportunity exceeds the 3days without making any update ONLY then will the workflow trigger.
