If you are needing to change the credit card on file. Please follow these steps:
- Log into the platform
- Go to the top right and click on your user icon (where you signout)
- Click on Billing Portal
- Enter your email: (the email we have for you)
- Request a Magic Link
- Check your email and click on the link (also check your Spam folder if you don’t see the email).
- Add/Update your Payment Info
