You can view all of your transactions from calls, SMS, emails, fees, and more.
To view all of your transactions go to Settings > Company Billing > See Transactions
Once you click on "See Transactions" you will be able to view details from the last 3 months.
- Calls - This is the number of minutes not the number of calls made/received
- SMS - This is the number of segments not the number of incoming/outgoing messages
- Whatsapp - Monthly subscription
- Premium Triggers & Actions - This is the number of executions\
- Emails - This is the number of emails sent/received
Other Charges
The main other charges are:
- Phone Numbers - Monthly fee for all numbers purchased inside of your account
- SMS carrier fees - These fees mainly occur when messages are sent before your account being A2P approved
- A2P Registration Fees - There is a 1 time fee when you initially register as well as a monthly fee ranging from $2-$12 depending on the campaigns
