IN THE SECTION YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PURCHASE NEW NUMBERS, CONFIGURE NEW OR CURRENT NUMBERS 
  • GO TO SETTINGS CLICK ADD NEW PHONE #’S
  • CLICK ADD NUMBER (YOU WANT TO PURCHASE A MINIMUM OF 3 NUMBERS)


CHOOSE THE AREA CODE YOU WILL BE WORKING IN 

A NEW WINDOW WILL POP UP WITH AVAILABLE NUMBERS

CHOOSE AT LEAST 3 NUMBERS BUT NO MORE THAN 5
CONFIGURE PHONE #’S
  • TO CONFIGURE YOUR NEW NUMBERS CLICK THE PENCIL ON THE FAR RIGHT
  • NUMBER NAME - THE WILL DEFAULT TO THE PHONE NUMBER BUT YOU CAN ALWAYS RENAME IT
  • FORWARD CALLS TO ( YOU CAN ADD YOUR CELL, GOOGLE VOICE, ECT.)
  • (CHECK PASS CALLED NUMBER AS CALLER ID / ENABLE CALL CONNECT FEATURE ONLY IF FORWARDING CALLS)
  • WHISPER MESSAGE - YOU CAN ADD MESSAGE TO BE PLAYED WHEN A SELLER IS CALLING BACK. 


   


  • (Tool: Use the 'Templates' editor to create your message (don't save it), then copy and paste into the 'Whisper Message field) Marketing > Templates > Create New SMS Template 





  • PASS CALLED NUMBER AS CALLER ID - BY DEFAULT THE SYSTEM PASSES THE NUMBER AS THE CALLER THROUGH BUT IF YOU WANT THE CALLER ID TO INSTEAD BE THE NUMBER DIALED BY  THE CALLER ENABLE THIS FEATURE
  • ENABLE CALL CONNECT FEATURE- THIS FEATURE REQUIRES THAT THE RECEIVER PRESS A KEY IN ORDER TO CONNECT THE CALL, THIS WILL RESULT IN HIGHER ACCURACY FOR CALL REPORTING
  • CALL RECORDING- IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE YOUR CALLS RECORDED CHECK THE BOX. TO REMOVE THE MESSAGE (THIS CALL IS BEING RECORDED) CLICK INSIDE THE BOX AND HIT THE SPACEBAR. THIS WILL ALLOW THE CALLS TO STILL BE RECORDED 
  • INCOMING / OUTGOING TIMEOUT - WE SET OUR TO 60 BUT YOU CAN SET THAT TO YOUR PREFERENCE
