If you ever have trouble logging in and see 9 dots on your screen, or certain areas are no longer showing (custom contact buttons), you will want to clear your cache & local storage.



Here are the steps to clear out your cashe and local storage in Chrome

Click the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner and then click "More Tools"



Then click on "Developer Tools"



You will want to locate "Application" and click "Clear Site Data"


Once you clear the site data, you will be able to log back into your Marketingplex Account
