Update Appointment Status - CRM Actions

***In order to PUBLISH workflows, you will need to establish a workflow trigger and a workflow action. Without both, you will only be able to save the workflow, not publish it***

This action changes the status of an Appointment. If the Contact was added to this Workflow via an appointment-related Trigger (“Appointment” or “Customer Book Appointment”), the status of the Appointment that fired the Trigger will be updated.

If the Contact was added to this Workflow via another method, the status of the most recent Appointment that the Contact is carrying will be updated.



How to Update an Appointment Status

Select any of the statuses you want to update the contact's appointment to in the workflow.
