General Understanding Of Time zones and how they work in Marketingplex (Disable Contact Time zone)

Disable Contact timezone. What does it do? How does it affect the reminders?

If disabled, the appointment reminders will not work properly and will not have the option to change on the contact side. (Location time zone compared to Prospect timezone)

The appointment reminders will reflect the prospect's time zone and the location timezone will reflect the location timezone.

Example:
East coast books appt from a company that is on the west coast. The location (Westcoast) sees appt at 2 pm but the east will get the appt at 5 pm
