Creating New Tags

CREATING TAGS AREIMPORTANT TO HAVE TAGGING YOUR CONTACTS WITH MULTIPLE TAGS WILL HELP TELL THEIR “STORY” HERE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:
- CREATE NEW TAGS
- EDIT NEW OR EXISTING TAGS
In this section, you can create and manage contact tags. Tags are used to identify contacts as well as to trigger other actions like adding that contact to a workflow or email sequence! You can also create tags in a bunch of other areas in your CRM, but this is the only place you can delete or edit the tags.
***NOTE: Depending on your user permissions, you may not have access to all of the components. ***
To create a new contact tag in your CRM, click this button.
You can create tags for all kinds of things like "New Lead", "Paid Customer", and so much more!
Let's create a test tag right now!
Type "Test" in the space provided then save it
This column will show all of your tag names, and order them alphabetically for easy organization
Click this icon if you ever want to edit a tag in the future and change its name.
To delete a tag, you would click this tag. Once you delete a tag, it is gone forever.
