Filtering Contacts

In order to create new smart lists, or add contacts to a campaign you will need to add filters.

Filters allow you to segment your contacts based on their position in the sales process or how they have interacted with your company.

Filter Menu

Here you will see the menu to filter your contacts. This menu allows you to select filters and create your smart lists or add contacts to campaigns (or just to filter by certain tags)

From the main contact page, click "More Filters" Select "Tag" "Tag is" Select the tag you want to filter by "wireless, vacant, etc. Repeat this process if you want to filter by more than 1 tag. For example if you are looking for contacts that have the tags "wireless and vacant"

You can also filter contacts that don't have a tag. Select Tag "Is Not" and select the desired tag and filter contacts
