How to set up Voicemail drops in Workflow

Voicemails are a great way to reach customers and let them know about your business. Ringless Voicemail is a quick and inexpensive way to determine if your messages are getting through. Your voicemail drop could be the first step towards increasing sales and customer satisfaction.


First, you will want to record the voicemail. You can record a voicemail here or any other site that allows you to record a wave or mp3 file. https://vocaroo.com/


Prerequisites:

- You have already purchased a number in your subaccount

- You have pre-recorded Audio files that are mp3/wav files (64kbps )



How to set up voicemail drops in Workflow


click Automation on the left menu. 




Click on Create Workflow. 




Click on Start from scratch… then Click on Create a new workflow. 

After you configure the workflow trigger

Click on Add your first Action.


Click on Assign to User if you want the calls to go to the assigned user's phone number configured.

If no one is assigned, the calls will route based on the Inbound Call Routing - Explained.


Click on Call, then followed by a voicemail action.

. 


Upload your Voicemail



Save action and make sure to publish your workflow.

Add contacts to this workflow like you normally would
